Shipping Information
We ship ONLY to the U.S.A.
At this time, The Style Isle will only ship orders domestically anywhere in the United States via the United States Postal Service. International shipping is not available at this time. Our shipping and handling fees are actual shipping costs only, no hidden fees. For your convenience, USPS shipping estimates are accessible within the Shopping Cart.
Returns
The Style Isle strives to please its customers. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange MOST items for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition. If your product is damaged upon arrival or if you are simply not happy with it please contact us first via email at returns@thestyleisle.com . Once we approve the return, we will email you with an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) to identify your transaction, and further instructions. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. Kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the return package. Any return postage or shipping charges paid by The Style Isle for packages that have incorrect postage will be deducted from the refund provided. We will refund your purchase price AFTER receiving the returned item. Please note the following exceptions and return information: Returns are not available for digital products (example: e-books). General products are not available for return if used or damaged unless the product was damaged upon arrival. Health and beauty items are not available for return unless sealed/unused. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for all costs incurred to return the products and you must use Delivery Confirmation to avoid any problems or conflicts. NOTE: Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
